Come rimuovere panda antivirus?

Salve. ho il panda che mi e scaduto e non riesco a rimuovere x un errore di installazione, come devo fare.

Che vuol dire? Non è chiaro quale sia il problema.. se ti è scaduto è da rinnovare.. quale è questo errore?

Bisogna essere più chiari.
Non riesco ad aiutarti, l'unica premessa che ti faccio è che il supporto viene dato a chi possiede Software e giochi originali. :)

Prova semplicemente a reinstallarlo, è possibile che il file di installazione venga riparato, consentendoti poi di eliminarlo con la normale procedura.

Scusate se mi sono espresso male.
devo cambiare l'antivirus è non riesco a rimuovere il panda quello attuale,
anche con il proprio cd.

2. riavviare in modalità provvisoria http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/it/library/ServerHelp/e14bf84d-d2f7-42c3-9fae-2af3db3f806c.mspx?mfr=true
3. decomprimere il file zippato, e copiare il file UnInstLsp.exe nella cartella d'installazione del panda (C:\Programmi\Panda Software\Panda Titanium Antivirus 2006 + Antispyware)
4. andare in quella cartella e lanciare il file UnInstLsp.exe
5. start -> esegui -> digita regedit.exe e dai ok
6. eliminare le seguenti chiavi di registro; qualcuna può darsi che non esista. Se nessuna di esse esiste, passare al punto 7

7. chiudere l'editor di registro
8. in Esplora Risorse rinominare la cartella C:\Programmi\Panda Software in C:\Programmi\Panda
8a. riavviare in modalità normale
9. in Esplora Risorse eliminare le seguenti cartelle:

- C:\Programmi\Panda
- C:\Programmi\File comuni\Panda Software
oppure (qualora la precedente cartella non fosse possibile rimuoverla)
C:\Programmi\File comuni\Panda Software\PavShld
- C:\Programmi\InstallShield Installation Information\{98032D6F-3EE6-4646-B68C-40BF012AC89B}
(per visualizzare quest'ultima: pannello di controllo -> opzioni cartella -> visualizzazione -> selezionare "visualizza cartelle e file nascosti")

10. andare in C:\Windows\system32 ed eliminare i seguenti files:

• C:\WINDOWS\system32\PAV
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\pavipc.dll
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\PavSHook.dll
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\SYSTOOLS.DLL
• C:\WINDOWS\system32\TpUtil.dll

11. andare in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers ed eliminare i seguenti files:

• APPFCONT.DAT
• APPFLTR.CFG
• cpoint.sys
• dsaflt.sys
• fnetmon.sys
• idsflt.sys
• netflt.sys
• netfltdi.sys
• pavdrv51.sys
• PavProc.sys
• ShldDrv.sys
• smsflt.sys
• wnmflt.sys
• APPFCONT.DAT
• APPFLTR.CFG

12. andare in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ ed eliminare i seguenti files:

• DsaFlt.rls
• IdsFlt.cfg
• NetAV.alt
• NatFlt.cfg
• SmsFlt.cfg
• NETPM.WLT
• NETAR.WLT
• NETFLT.VAI
• WNMSAV.DAT

13. riavviare e vedi come va.
