Centro ufficiale Kingston: proposta

Ho comprato da un negozio autorizzato Kingston una barretta ram da 2 giga ddr2 pc2 6400 (400 mhz) al costo di 5 euro.
La memoria è rotta, il negoziante non me la sostituisce, quindi sono andato sul sito Kingston e dopo aver dimostrato con video che la memoria è rotta, mi hanno risposto così:

Please note that unfortunately your memory is discontinued and we do not have any replacement.
The reason for the discontinuation was the transition to a new type of memory technology.
If you have another system more recent compatible with memory DDR3/DDR4 we can offer you a replacement for this type of memory.
If so, please provide us with the brand and model of the motherboard so we can replace/ search for compatible memory.
If you don't have another DDR3/DDR4 system, please keep us informed so that we can offer you another solution
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Non ho al momento altri computer, che mi consigliate di fare ?

Motherboard IPIBL-LB (Benicia) HP
Cpu dual core Pentium E2200
4 giga ram
SSD 128 gb
alimentatore Bestec ATX300P5WC 300 watt

compra un altro banco ram usato da due soldi

cioè capisco fossero 50, ma per 5€ farne una tragedia? eh dai...

Penso che non hai compreso bene la proposta di Kingston. E non è sto facendo una tragedia.

Hanno detto che non ce l'hanno più in inventario.
Se hai un altro PC con DDR3 o 4 potrebbero offrirti un banco RAM

Se no rispondigli che non hai quel tipo di PC e se possono fare qualcos'altro.

La Kingston mi invia gratis in sostituzione una penna usb da 128 Gb, mi è andata benissimo !
