Black screen of death dopo 10 minuti di gioco -HELP-

Ciao a tutti, ho formattato ieri il mio pc e ho cambiato pasta termica alle vga..oggi ho voluto provare il tutto.. solo che dopo 10 minuti di gioco di BFBC2 mi appare il black screen of death e non so cosa devo fare.. consigli?:help:
 
non saprei perche la schermata rimane pochissimi secondo riesco a leggere le prime due righe giusto in tempo

Ho usato driver sweeper e ho provato a mettere i driver precedenti ma il problema persiste, non so davvero che fare
 
lo sli è sempre un grattacapo ma per caso sei in overclock? con ram cpu gpu e tutto il resto? prova a togliere l'oc e vedi come va.
 
ho provato senza sli e dopo 1 oretta di gioco nessun problema.. la gpu è ai clock standard.. dici di provare a togliere l'oc della cpu?
 
si prova e vedi come va devi testare per bene magari prima di rifai lo sli e poi metti tutto stock come clock e resto
