Salve a tutti, ho un portatile Acer aspire 5738ZG- 424G25Mn
ed ho un piccolo problema:
il portatile funziona correttamente navigando per il web ma se provo a giocare ad un game o un mmorpg crasha riavviandosi e non esce alcuna schermata ne niente... come giochi/mmorpg intendo tutti War Rock,World of WarCraft,Age of Empire e via dicendo (non vi dico con i giochi di ultima generazione poi...)
all'inizio pensavo che era l'alimentatore ma poi mi sono riassicurato visto che è quello che uscì con il portatile quindi non penso sia quello il problema ma vi elenco lo stesso le caratteristiche:

Scheda video?
Un'altra cosa, perchè pensi sia l'alimentatore?
Quello scoppia se non va bene e poi non ti rimarrebbe acceso a lungo il portatile. Se si riavvia solo quando giochi e con questi giochi, o è il processore che si scalda e ti va in protezione la scheda o è la scheda video che fa lo stesso.
Dato che hai le directx 11 non penso siano queste ma sai, io non sono lì per vedere cos'ha il tuo pc, purtroppo :D prova ad aggiornare il bios se c'è un aggiornamento e poi vedi, devi provarle tutte ma una alla volta.

Un'altra cosa, perchè pensi sia l'alimentatore?
Quello scoppia se non va bene e poi non ti rimarrebbe acceso a lungo il portatile. Se si riavvia solo quando giochi e con questi giochi, o è il processore che si scalda e ti va in protezione la scheda o è la scheda video che fa lo stesso.
Dato che hai le directx 11 non penso siano queste ma sai, io non sono lì per vedere cos'ha il tuo pc, purtroppo :D prova ad aggiornare il bios se c'è un aggiornamento e poi vedi, devi provarle tutte ma una alla volta.

Cos'è un nub? davvero, sono un tecnico informatico ma queste definizioni non le conosco.
ahhhh, Nvidia, perfetto, questo è forse il tuo problema come quello di tutti su di un portatile con chip(non chip set) Nvidia, questo chip video fa dannare tutti se poi è montato sull'HP, io ho un F500, siamo a posto. Da quanto ce l'hai il portatile? non ho guardato in internet, dimmelo tu per favore. Comunque, 90% è il chip ma non che sia rotto, si scalda un casino e bisognerebbe vedere all'interno del portatile, cioè, forse, risaldare le crepe che si sono formate sotto il chip della scheda video, ma non sono un vegente ovviamente posso sbagliare. Se dici che quando non giochi funziona allora è perchè si scalda, una prova che puoi fare, se già fatta come non detto, rialza il portatile, ossia in modo che sotto passi dell'aria, con un telaio, non con dei libri ovviamente :D
Vendono telai per rialzare il portatile e sempre volendo, controlla toccando con la mano l'alimentatore, se scalda un sacco esci dal gioco perchè assorbe troppo e quindi sai che scalda un casino il pc. Prova col bios pure.
 
Altra cosa, stai basso con la risoluzione video quando giochi con un portatile. Sempre se riesci ad impostare prima che si riavvii.
 
nub significa novice e cioè un novellino, uno alle prime armi :D
si lo avevo pensato pure io infatti ho comprato un "usb fan" quella tavoletta che che ti rialza il pc dalla scrivania e ha tre ventole attaccate al pc, come dal nome, con cavo usb ma questo ha solo allungato i tempi di durata..
