PROBLEMA aiuto problema con modem/router tp link w8970

Salve a tutti. Se possibile avrei bisogno di un aiutino. Ho un tp link w8970. Ho visto che facendo la diagnostica sulla pagina di impostazione del modem/router ho questo risultato...come mai?
