PROBLEMA AIUTO. accout di gta rubato.

Salve.

Da poco ho scoperto che un russo ha rubato l'acount di gta online. In disperiazione ho scritto alla rockstar che naturalmente invece di verificare quello che ho detto, mi hanno mandato una generica e-mail nella quale dicono che devo accedere al email dello sfigato che mi ha fregato l'account. non mi e' arrivata nessu email in precedenza che confermava il fatto che i miei dati fossero stati cambiati ma quando sono entrato in gioco mi sono trovato tutti i dati cambiati e questo (non dico altro per non esplodere di rabbia) se la spassa con il MIO account. Cosa devo fare? riprovare con il support o lasciare perdere?

Non so come funzioni con GTA ma, di norma, se hai ancora la fortuna di poter accedere all'account, dovrebbe bastare cambiare la password.

Prova a cambiare la password della tua mail con cui hai associato l'account rockstar.
Poi prova ad accedere a rockstar e clicca sul tasto di aiuto perché non ricordi la password.
La procedura di recupero o cambio password viene inviata alla mail associata a cui il russo in teoria non può accedere.
Cambia password all'account rockstar e dovresti aver risolto.
Hai provato a fare cosi?

Pultroppo questo russo ha cambiato tutti i miei dati rockstar, email e password inclusa. Ho gia provato a fre il recovery, ma viene mandato all email di quel buffone.

azz.. brutta roba.. è capitato anche a me 1 anno fa ma era rimasta associata la mia mail... se non interviene rockstar qui la vedo dura.

come potete intuire e' un messagio gia' prefatto e non c'e` stata nessuna analisi del mio problema. Quello che mi preoccupa e' il fatto che molto probabilente il ticket verra' chiuso se la rockstar rifiutera' di rispondermi (dato che devo rispondere tramite email da me non accessiblile)

Fai leva sulla key del tuo account online quando li contatti; magari usa il numero a pagamento se ti interessa tanto recuperare l'account.

I think you skipped the part where I said that all the information of my account with GTA 5 were changed. The dude that stole my account changed everything. I can still access the game ONLY because I linked my account to steam. I can even prove that I can play the game, but because the guy changed EVERYTHING I'm stuck with my (now stolen) account. I even showed you that the game is linked to MY steam account and I can give the steam log-in information to prove it. I can send a pic of me in the game with the stolen account (because is linked to steam) and can show that the steam account associated with the picture is mine.

How am I supposed to check the email if the account information were changed? You guys from Rockstar surely have a database with all the account information and the changes made to them. Can't you just check and see that the name was changed, just like the password and the email. The guy even changed profile pic and NATIONALITY and writes RUSSIAN. The only thing that's left that wasn't changed where few of my friends on the social club

Mi hanno risposto dinuovo. Mi hanno chiesto il CD key e la prova d'aquisto quindi per adesso sta andando tutto bene. Peccato che rispondono si e no una volta al giorno. Scommetto che durera' piu' del previsto.

Non so precisamente come fanno ma non sono stato l'unico a subire questo infortunio.

Da quello che ho capito ci sono questi hacker russi che rubano account e li rivendono nel loro schifo di sito (che non citero') per spiccioli. Per esempio, ti danno un account di bf 1 a 3 euro e ti danno pure la possiblilita' di cambiare l'email permanentemente. Praticamente sono dei low-life sfigati che non hanno nient' altro da fare che rompere le scatole a persone oneste che in invece di usare exploit o crackare pagano un benedettissimo gioco a 30 / 60 euro per poi essere fregati. Se non riavero' il mio account giuro che avro' la mia vendetta. Va be, forse esagero un po', ma trovero' un modo per rovinarli.

Digli che se non ti ridanno l'account ricorri per vie legali (anche se non é vero)
