DOMANDA ADSL Infostrada 20 Mega, ricevuti solo 6...

Salve a tutti

Mi hanno appena attaccato Infostrada con l'adsl vera a 20 mega... il problema è che ricevo soltanto 6 mega

Sapete dirmi se la situazione è destinata a cambiare o se continuerò ad avere questa velocità???

Vorrei dire che molto tempo fa avevo una 10 mega (credo) di tiscali che mi andava ad 8 ed avvolte 9, fino ad un mese fa avevo fastweb con 20 mega che mi andava a 14 avvolte a 16.

Forse non hanno disponibilità della 20 mega! A me hanno passato dalla 640 kb alla 7 mega e vado a 3.80 -.-" Forse è la distanza, ora proverò a richiedere prima un test sulla linea e poi proverò a chiedere la 20 mega. Se la 20 mega la da la telecom, poi passerò operatore!! Però se con fastweb e tiscali avevi più o meno la velocità che dicevano, forse ci so problemi sulla linea..

quanto è distante da casa mia la centralina?

tenete presente che se è più lontana di 2 km, oltre a quella velocità non potete andare a meno che non vi portano la fibra in casa
