DOMANDA ADSL INFOSTRADA 20 mega ancora

Cari utenti esperti,

avrei una 20 mega, prima andavo anche 18mb con snr a 3.5
poi da mesi ho questi valori standard che posto di seguit e anche spostando l'snr arriva max a 4.2 e non supero mai i 14mb di velocità da speedtest.

Allora mi sono documentato grazie ad alcuni di voi, pare che io sia vicino al dslam... non so quanto ma vicino ed i valori di 18mb erano compatibili ma mi avranno riposizionato.... continua dopo lo schema

allora ho cercato se ci sono problemi altrove con il ws wmtr, vi posto anche questo nella speranza che possiate aiutarmi soprattutto NON capisco come mai l'IP 151.6.158.72 abbia l'80% di loss..

e perchè adesso nella configurazione in alto non supero i 12mb in down e 0.84 in up spostando l'snr, come detto prima passo a 14 massimo.

mi chiedo, mi prendono in giro? Oppure secono voi c'è un problema? L'impianto è ok, ho soltanto prese rj e il modem è nella principale.

il tecnico è venuto con il golden modem e sostiene che 12mb è corretto.
