absolute libero 20 mega

Ho questo problema ho chiamato per l 'attivazione absolute 20 mega il 27 dicembre, migrando da telecom, son tornato dalle vacanze natalizie il 4 gennaio ed era attiva, oggi 9 gennaio mi sarebbe dovuto arrivare il router di infostrada ma il corriere mi sa che si è perso, però il problema è che ho una sette mega anziche una venti ora metto i dati dal mio modem se qualcuno me li commenta e mi da qualche indicazione sull stato della mia linea, e se me l'attiveranno realmente la 20 mega 1 mega grazie
