DOMANDA WEB Hosting

Salve,
volevo creare una community con SocialEngine però mi ritrovo con il problema di non possedere un hosting adeguato.
Mi spiego: lo ho testato con Altervista (al quale mi trovo benissimo) però ho il problema che mettendo CHMOD 777 nei files/cartelle richieste il plugin continua a dirmi che non sono settate a 777.
Mi muovo poi su 000webhosting ma quest'ultimo non supporta INNODB.

In sintesi, qual'è un buon free hosting che possieda queste caratteristiche?
Se possibile citatemi anche hosting a pagamento poichè se il progetto va a buon fine passerò ad uno a pagamento.
