PROBLEMA Ventole e led rimangono accesi dopo "arresta il sistema"

Problema
Il pc, dopo “arresta il sistema” si spegne ma le ventole continuano a girare e i led rimangono accesi
Metodi per risolvere il problema provati ma non funzionanti
Reset delle impostazioni del bios tramite “clear cmos”

Ogni pezzo è stato montato correttamente, i cavi sono al loro posto giusto, il sistema operativo è stato istallato, assieme ai driver e alcuni programmi. L’unico problema è quello di led e ventole che non si spengono dopo aver arrestato il sistema.

Talvolta dopo aver collegato l’alimentatore alla corrente, anche se il tasto di accensione sul case non viene premuto, i due led verdi della scheda video si accendono. Questo però non capita sempre. Quello che capita sempre è il problema alle ventole e led che rimangono sempre accesi anche dopo l’arresto del sistema.
 
Non si spengono mai? Penso a qualche problema alla mobo o al psu, bios aggiornato? Mai sulla pagina di supporto e vedi se trovi qualche fix per quel problema ;) facci sapere
 
Approfitto di questo thread perchè anch'io ho un problema più o meno simile: a me (da quando ho installato windows 8.1) capita che ogni tanto (ma non sempre) quando faccio arresta il sistema, invece di spegnersi si riavvia! da cosa può dipendere? Thanks!
 
How to Disable Hybrid Shutdown in Windows 8?

To disable Hybrid Shutdown in Windows 8 to resolve the shutdown issue, steps below must be followed using an administrator account:​


  • Log on to Windows 8 computer with the administrator account on which Hybrid shutdown is to be disabled.
  • Click Desktop tile from the Start screen to go to the desktop screen.
  • Once on the desktop screen, hover mouse to the bottom right corner of the window.
  • From the displayed options, click Settings.
  • On the Settings pane, click Control Panel.
  • On the opened Control Panel window, click System and Security.
  • On the System and Security window, click Power Options from the right pane.
  • On the Power Options window, click Choose what the power buttons dooption from the left pane.
  • On the System Settings window, click Change settings that are currently unavailable link to enable the advanced options.
  • From the enabled options under Shutdown settings section, uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) checkbox to disable Hybrid Shutdown.

Potrebbe dipendere dal fatto che le tre ventole (2 uscite col case, una aggiunta) non sono collegate direttamente alla scheda madre ma alle manopole che ne regolano la velocità?

Nah, la scheda madre toglie corrente al regolatore di velocita' quando spegne tutto. Il fatto e' che il PC non si spegne, la motherboard non apre il contatto che fa spegnere l'alimentatore.
