Ho un notebook samsung NP350V5C-S09IT
Ieri è cominciato un leggero tic tic sotto il touchpad. Molto probabilmente si tratta di hd. Cosi ho fatto una bella deframmentazione e qualche analisi con
disk checkup e diskscanner ma non hanno rilevato nulla.
Dopo la deframmentazione il rumore è scomparso.
cosa mi consigliate di fare? Lascio perdere?
E' in garanzia ma scade tra 15 giorni
 
lancia una scansione con hd tune e testa la salute del disco, se hai bisogno di un interpretazione dei dati SMART basta che li posti e noi siamo qui

prima di tutto non è detto che sia riconducibile al disco anche se è il maggior indiziato, potrebbe essere dovuto ad un cattivo parking delle testine.
 
è vero ma se lo mandi in garanzia e non trovano nulla te lo rimandano indietro e ci accolli pure le spese di spedizione oltre al tempo perso e tutto il resto, poi fai tu....
 
oggi per esempio ha ricominciato .... ogni volta che legge (anche per brevi secondi) si sente un leggero ticchettio ... a volte è nascosto dal rumore della ventola ma se un pò si sente ...
le spese le pago io ? ma è sicuro?
 
per quanto riguarda il disco fisso in assistenza non fanno altro che il test che hai eseguito tu, una volta passato il test ti diranno che il disco non ha nulla etc etc...
Sempre ammesso che il ticchettio che senti sia veramente riconducibile al disco e non a quant'altro.
 
ma cosi rischio che tra qualche mese mi lascia a piedi ....
quanto costa un hd? ma vanno bene anche quelli esterni?
