Problema interessante, ho trovato questo:

"I suspect the site is simply querying browser string and doesn't yet know how to handle IE7 as IE7 does support inline frames. Try the following download - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9517db9c-3c0... - which will make IE7 report itself as IE6 and see if the page works when running IE7 that way".

In poche parole ti consigliano di effettuare il download da quel link ma... non ti posso assicurare che funzioni.
