Quali temperatura dovrebbe avere, secondo te? Quelle CPU sono notoriamente piuttosto "calde". Proprio un X2 6000+ è stata praticamente l'unica CPU che ho bruciato!

Quali temperatura dovrebbe avere, secondo te? Quelle CPU sono notoriamente piuttosto "calde". Proprio un X2 6000+ è stata praticamente l'unica CPU che ho bruciato!

Vado a memoria, magari controllo meglio, ma mi pare che quelle temperature non siano anomale. Eventualmente mettici un dissipatore migliore, tipo un arctic freezer 7 da 20€

Si, mi ero dimenticato di rispondere.

La temperatura dei singoli cores può essere, in genere, fino a 5° superiore a quella della CPU. Quella della CPU, evidentemente, è espressa come differenziale con la temperatura ambiente: 46+24=70.
In ogni caso siamo entro le specifiche tecniche teoriche, anche con temperature ambiente elevate

A me il 6000+ è stata l'unica CPU che si è fusa! L'unica in quasi 35 anni di informatica.. e non era in OC.

Gli Athlon 64 X2 5200+ per AM2 esistono in revisioni diverse: Windsor o Brisbane
Windsor prodotti a 90nm hanno 1mb di cache L2 e TPD di 89W
Brisbane prodotti a 65nm hanno 512kb di cache L2 e TPD di 65W
I brisbane sono più parsimoniosi e te hai proprio quest'ultimo.

Usi un dissipatore stock? Quelle temperature non sono per nulla normali, mi spiace contraddire l'utente che si era espresso prima di me.
Usati per anni posso garantirti che a voltaggi stock or similar con dissipatore stock in full non dovresti superare i 50-55° che è la temperatura consigliata per quelle CPU.
Probabilmente dovrai cambiare pasta termica e ripulire la ventola del dissipatore dalla polvere.
Le temperature le hai rilevate in full load?
Foto interna del case per capire che flusso di aria hai?
