Muletto per uso casalingo per download e per storage dati, assemblato allo scopo di consumare poco e reggere diversi HD.
Io lo usavo con XP, ma si può utilizzare anche FreeNAS.

Personalmente usavo il controller raid per un mirroring di 2 dischi su cui conservavo dati importanti, i miei backup e gli mp3.
Ma si può fare anche un raid-5 con 3 o 4 HD. Il controller monta una memoria cache da 64MB (che fornisco).
