Schermata Blue Bios update?!

dice di aggiornare il bios qualcuno che mi possa spiegare passo passo come fare?! questa è la mia motherboard

Il messaggio del bios e' un messaggio standard.
Nel tuo caso il problema e' il driver afd.sys, driver legato alla scheda di rete o, in alcuni casi, a Punkbuster.

Lo usi mica ?

Prova ad aggiornare i driver della scheda di rete, come suggerito da Mursey la bsod è dovuta da afd.sys
