Ora vi elenco cosa ho provato a fare:
1)Disinstallato i driver con DDU e re-installato gli ultimi aggiornamenti;
2)Ho fatto la stessa prova smontando proprio la scheda dal pc e provando anche con una versione vecchia dei driver ma niente;
3)Scan con malware-bytes che non ha trovato niente ;
4)Smontato e pulito la scheda e vari fan del case;

Mobo AsRock b450 pro4
Cpu Ryzen 5 2400g
Gpu RX 580 4gb
Ram Corsair 16gb DDr4 2400mhz

"Just thought I would throw an update on here for anyone that stumbles onto this thread looking for info. After a week of trying to figure out what was going on with this card and its fans I took a closer look at the fans in the card. I took out the fans, which is really simple bc of the fan hardswap design by XFX, and noticed that the fans said RED LED on them. This was notable to me bc the fans were using a WHITE LED before that, while they were spinning irregularly. So, I dusted the connection area and the fans the best I could and reseated them. I rebooted and the fans are now spinning RED LED and have been operating as they should for about 24 hours. This involves a few startups and several wakeups. Anyway, hope this fix lasts"

Allego 2 screen.
