riproduzione video 4k 60fps - help!

buonasera a tutti, vi allego le caratteristiche del mio portatile:


ho formattato, reistallato windows 7 pulito, istallati i k-lite mega, ma i video in 4k a 60fps registrati con gopro6 e iphone x mi si vedono a scatti.

prima di formattare avevo windows 10 e avevo lo stesso problema.

secondo voi con questo hardware è possibile non riuscire a riprodurre questi video? non ho bisogno di editarli, vorrei solo riprodurli fluidamente.

l'ho provato su windows 10 prima di formattare, andava peggio che di windows media classic o windows media player.
adesso riprovo con windows 7 ma non sono fiducioso.

ma sarà il processore? è un i7 ma forse un po datato per riprodurre questi video?
