in poche parole per dirmi che stanno avendo difficolta a scalarmi i soldi e allora io vado e modifico il metodo di pagamento e rimetto i dati.mi mandano un altro messaggio dicendomi grazie di aver modificato ecc ma nn dicono che il pagamento è stato effettuato.ora mi stanno vendendo i dubbi.fà che stanno avendo problemi perchè nella post pay nn puo rimanere meno di un euro e allora nn riescono a prelevare i soldi dalla carta?
vado anche sul sito my poste dove sono registrato.inserisco i dati per veder gli spostamenti e nn mi driporta nessun acquisto.mi dice solo che il saldo contabile è sui 140 e che il saldo disponibile è sui 3.quindi è come se li avessero bloccati.e a me risulta che si sono presi qualcosa di meno qualche euro in meno.possibile questo?comunque il pacco ieri sera dopo che ho rimesso i dati come da loro richiessto è passato da Not yet dispatched
a dispatched soon.quindi me lo stanno preparando in teoria o sbaglio??è tutto nella norma o mi conviene annullare?e se si in quanto tempo mi ridaranno i soldi visto che sul conto risulta il saldo disponibile diverso da quello contabile?
