pc si spegne da solo!

Ciao a tutti ragazzi è da qualche mese che il mio pc si spegne da solo senza logica. Parto con il presupposto che non sono le temperature perché si aggirano sui 35/40 quelli della cpu. Sto facendo vedere i sorci verdi al tecnico che me lo ha assemblato (che tanto tecnico non sembra) perche sono 3 volte nel giro di un mese che lo porto da lui e 3 volte che me lo restituisce con lo stesso problema.
Secondo me è un problema di ram. Il pc si spegne senza motivo né per carico eccessivo né per temperature alte. Si spegne quando sono su internet o quando gioco o quando ascolt musica, ma cosa più fastidiosa quando lavoro con cinema 4d. Mi è comparsa varie volte la schermata blu con errore "memory management" e a seguito del riavvio (a volte automatico altre manuale) Windows consiglia di verificare l'hdd e il file di tipo NTFS che potrebbe essere danneggiato.
