non vanno i pip install con python

buonasera,
in pratica stasera ho deciso di iniziare a creareun bot su discord, solo che ho visto dei visto su youtube e dicono di fare sul cmd
"pip install discord.py", ma non va.
dopodiché ho provato anche a riinstallare python usando l'opzione "ripara", ma niente.
consigli??

Hai attivato la stringa PATH di Python? come scritto nella guida suggerita?Il problema che stai affrontando sembra proprio la mancaza della PATH...oppure durante l'installazione di python,se non ricordo alla fine, spunta la casella per l'istallazione automatica della PATH.

• Go to System and Security > System in the Control Panel once it has been opened.
• On the left side, click the Advanced system settings link.
• Then select Environment Variables.

Python non trovato; Esegui senza argomenti per installare da Microsoft Store o disabilitare il collegamento da impostazioni > Gestisci app Alias di esecuzione.

essendo python3, capita che invece del comando python tu debba dare python3, quindi prova a dare python3 --version e vedi che esce

In windows devi impostare per forza le variabili di ambiente oppure lanciare il CMD dalla cartella Python.
