Per prima cosa ciao a tutti.

Ho un problema con io mio PC in ufficio: si tratta di un PC di marca HP (un Pavilion a405.it) al quale ho sostituito il masterizzatore Cd montato di default con un masterizzatore DVD LG GSA-4163B.
Ho anche aggiunto al PC 512 Mb di RAM ma queste non mi hanno mai creato problemi.

Presto detto, il masterizzatore in questioen mi brucia tutti i DVD, sia normali che dual layer, ho provato con 3 marche diverse ma non c'è nulla da fare, ho persino sostituito il masterizzatore con un altro identico, ma ancora nulla. Il firmware è stato aggiornato all'ultima versione dal sito Canadese della LG.

a che punto de li brucia?inizio,metà,fine,casuale..
 
in questi casi consiglio sempre di verificare se nelle proprietà del controller ide al quale è attaccato il mastrizzatore ci si il DMA attivato. Inoltre, si può provare anche a cambiare cavo e metterne uno a 80 poli se non lo si ha già.

Beh, e' facile dare la colpa alla marca... peccato che con LG non abbia mai incontrato veri problemi.
Certo e' piu' difficile andare a cercare qualche sovrapposizione/conflitto dei driver ASPI.

Prova a disinstallare TUTTI i programmi di masterizzazione che hai.
Poi installa Alcohol120% e vedi se ti fa lo stesso scherzo.
Ho provato, ma mi sembra di capire che questo programma estrai le immagini di un disco o effettua la copia diretta ma non ti permette di fare backup di file che hai su disco rigido (mevo leggere meglio il manuale forse).
Intanto provo con gli atri!

Effettua una simulazione perfetta ma brucia il disco all'inizio.
Ho provato con dei 4.7 e dei 9.4 finora tutti bruciati...
 
Io ho il tuo stesso masterizzatore... cmq ti consiglio di aprirlo e fare una pulizia della lente (a scapito della garanzia) :nod:
 
e io ho sentito troppe volte gente che parla per sentito dire.
tra me mio fratello la sua ragazza e il fratello di lei abbiamo 5 masterizzatori lg e un lite-on.

nessuno di questi ha mai dato problemi di nessun tipo.
mi spieghi perchè dovrei dire che lg non va bene?mai bruciato un cd o dvd.
poi continua pure a dire che lg fa schifo.io ce li ho e me li tengo.
