PROBLEMA Kernel Power 41 63

Salve ragazzi, da circa 3 mesi ho un grave problema, il computer mi si spegne da solo dopo circa 20 minuti, pensavo fosse per il surriscaldamento allora lo ho portato a pulire e a rimettere la pasta termica.
Il problema non si è risolto purtroppo e il mio Inspiron 17r ha ancora questo problema, non so che fare.

Onestamente dubito sia Razer Cortex il problema, anche vedendo la data del report. Comunque l'errore non è compatibile con quello descritto nel primo post.
Ti succede anche con la batteria inserita?

Appena acceso mi dava sui 60/70 (quando ti ho risposto) ora è sui 45/50
se provi che so a navigare ecc prova a fare un qualche log e vedi se supera la soglia dei 70 ma appena acceso mi sembra troppo quella temperatura tenendo conto di quella ambiente che varia tra i 16 ai 22... 70 li trovo troppo alti... lavoraci un po e vedi se supera quella soglia se è così c'è qualcosa a livello di dissipazione che non va come dovrebbe.. tipo ventola che non gira o dissipatore che non tocca in maniera ottimale la cpu

Sto ascoltando musica mentre giro un po' sui siti e la temperatura è 45
L'altro giorno provai ad accendere un gioco a caso e la temperatura arrivò ad 80
allora hai 2 strade o monitori le temperature o provi a cambiare l'alimentatore potrebbe subire un calo e quindi non ce la fa ad erogare in modo corretto i giusti voltaggi... usi l'alimentatore originale oppure uno differente?
