PROBLEMA Is my 3600 DOA?

hi, i wanted some advice from you. i recently built a build with ryzen 3600 and b450 tomahawk max. after installing some drivers, the problems started immediately, continue to restart and then not post. I bought a 1200 from Amazon to see if the 3600 was broken and in fact everything worked, tried stress tests etc. and the computer works perfectly. I updated the bios to the latest version with the 1200 and the 3600 did not give the same post. What do you say the cpu is doa or does the mobo have problems supporting it?

Il Ryzen 3 1200 non c' entra nulla in questo caso vista che quella scheda madre supporta i Ryzen serie 3000 fin dalla prima versione del bios.

Si lo penso anche io, solo che sapevo che le probabilità sono bassissime, sono stato sfigato
