guida x telnet

salve ho infostrada 10 mb e vorrei che qualcuno mi spiegassi passo a passo che programma devo scaricare x modificare tramite telnet il mio snr ? in quanto voglio testare se mi regge con 6 snr ,in linea generale mi serve sapere queste cose

1) programma
2)comandi da digitare in cmd
3)comandai x usare telnet
x entrare dentro router uso questo indirizzo http://192.168.0.1
