PROBLEMA File creato con Sony Vegas Pro 12. Lettura difficile quando muovo il cursore sui player

Ciao a tutti,
non so se quello che sto per chiedervi sia realmente un problema di software di Vegas o un problema hardware del mio pc o qualcos'altro! :)
Utilizzo Sony Vegas pro 12 (64bit) su windows 10 e finora con i piccoli video (5 minuti al massimo) non ho mai avuto problemi.
Stavolta ne ho creato uno molto più lungo, 1h50min. E' il film di una vacanza; sulla timeline ho disposto i file video catturati con:
1) Gopro Hero 1080p-60fps
2) Panasonic 1080i-25fps
3) Canon 1080p-25fps

In totale sono 55 file di cui solo 2 della Gopro e soltanto 2 della Canon.

Ho aggiunto 3 mp3 laddove l'audio originale era inutile e solo qualche testo (4 o 5).

Dopodichè ho avviato il rendering creando un file m2ts con le seguenti caratteristiche
Sony AVCHD
Audio: 192 Kbps; 48.000 Hz; 24 Bit; Stereo; AC3
Video: 25 fps; 1920x1080 Upper field first; YUV; 16 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1,000

Il file finale è di 13gb. Me lo leggono tutti i player VLC e MPC, audio e video sono sincronizzati....
il problema compare se sposto il cursore del player in avanti di un bel po'!
In VLC resta l'audio ma non il video...in MPC resta il video ma non l'audio! L'audio, in mpc torna dopo qualche minuto che lascio andare solo il video.
La dimensione del file non mi ha preoccupato visto che di solito guardo film da 20 gb, senza alcun problema, spostando il cursore dove mi pare.

Sbaglio qualcosa nel rendering? Ci sono dei trucchetti in fase di editing per facilitare successivamente il player nella lettura? Oppure devo modificare delle impostazioni sul player?
