Salve a tutti, volevo chiedere siccome ho un vecchio desktop della HP (pavilion elite m9040.it) in origine aveva installati 4 GB di ram DDR2 a 667 MHz (333) e poi in seguito misi un totale di 8 gb (4x2GB in dual channel a 800 MHz). Ora vorrei provare siccome ho trovato un'occasione di mettere 16 GB totali con 4 banchi da 4 giga e non so se la scheda madre li supporta o se sono già al max possibile...
Questa è la scheda madre ma non si capisce bene quanto dovrebbe supportare ogni banco di ram : https://support.hp.com/it-it/document/c01077641
Però leggendo i dati su HWiNFO sembrerebbe che si possano mettere un totale di 16 GB, vi posto cosa dice.

Poi un ultima cosa nella scheda Memory sempre su HWiNFO è riportato:
Maximum Supported Memory Clock: 666.7 MHz
Current Memory Clock: 400.0 MHz (3 : 2 ratio)
vuol dire che supporta memorie DDR2 anche a 1333 MHz ?
Scusate ma non ero molto sicuro e nel dubbio meglio chiedere a qualcuno di più esperto... se vi servono altri dati da riportare di HWiNFO ditemelo pure...
