Certo che una minima ricerca potevate anche farla.... Resident Evil 3: Nemesis non è presente a catalogo ne su Steam, ne su GoG.com.
E' un gioco del 1999, fuori distribuzione, difficile (se non impossibile) da trovare usato. Solitamente i giochi fuori distribuzione possono essere scaricati legalmente.

Quindi prima di tutto verifica se è ancora possibile scaricarlo sul playstation network, perchè nel caso lo sia Sony ne detiene ancora i diritti (e quindi non puoi scaricarlo legalmente...se non da li)

p.s. ho dato una rapida occhiata e sembra si stato tolto anche dal PSN, controlla anche tu, e agisci di conseguenza.
