Perche guardando le statiche della connessione Attaiaible Rate è piu BASSO della portante?non capisco

I cavi sono telecom, quindi solo un tecnico telecom può risolvere il tuo problema. Sei molto fortunato con tale attenuazione ricevere una portante così alta.

Frse lascio tutto come sta ke e meglio.
la sera alzo l'SNR a 9db cosi nn ho disconnessioni
