DOMANDA Compatibilità RAM notebook

Ho un vecchio portatile Acer travelmate 663lmi con 2 moduli nativi di RAM da 256MB ciascuno e vorrei resuscitarlo sostituendo entrambi i moduli con 2 da 1GB ciascuno, che è il massimo che può sostenere. Il memory controller è integrato nella mobo che ha chipset Intel 855GM ed i moduli originali sono Samsung con codice M470L3224DT0-CB3. Di seguito riporto tutti i dettagli tecnici che ho reperito tra manuale e SW diagnostici:

Ho individuato questa inserzione di vendita di una samsung con caratteristiche credo compatibili, il cui codice è M470L2923DV0-CB3 0726, almeno in riferimento alla foto.
Vi chiedo se si può essere certi della compatibilità.

Ho provato a rispondere alla domanda facendo qualche ricerca ed ho ottenuto quanto segue. Questo è un datasheet dove è indicato il modulo di memoria con codice M470L2923DV0-CB300 a pag.7, quindi credo che il datasheet si possa riferire all'intera "famiglia" di moduli del genere. A pag.13 c'è una tabella di lettura/interpretazione del codice del modulo (riportato in formato M X XX...) composta da 13 voci, da cui si evince quanto segue:

Credo che tutto corrisponda a ciò di cui ho bisogno, l'unico parametro che non corrisponde è il 12^ perchè in questa tabella non è presente "B3" tuttavia, come già detto, a pag.7 è listato il modulo M470L3224DT0-CB300 ed il significato di B3 è indicato nelle note, quindi credo sia corretto interpretarlo come fatto.
Il dubbio per me è inerente le ultime 4 cifre, quelle staccate dal resto. Bisogna considerarle come se fossero attaccate, e quindi il 13^ parametro è 0 e quindi vi è compatibilità con Intel, oppure si legge in modo diverso?
