Ciao a tutti, dopo che 3 mesi fa ho formattatto il pc mi si è presentato questo problema: ho continui black screen e il monitor non riceve segnale, il pc rimane acceso e mouse e tastiera non rispondono, mi costringe ad un riavvio manuale. Questo succede mentre utilizzo normalmente il pc (navigazione, video su youtube) ma NON si presenta mentre gioco. Dopo aver fatto praticamente ogni possibile cosa che suggerivano sul web il problema non si è risolto (ho formattato 2 volte).Disinstallando i driver della scheda video e quindi usando l'integrata vedo che questo problema non vi è più. Quindi il problema è sicuramente della scheda video o in alternativa come ultima cosa a cui pensare è un problema del sistema operativo
il sistema è windows 7 64bit
la scheda video è AMD Radeon R7 260
Siete la mia ultima speranza, grazie dell'attenzione e spero davvero che riusciate a risolvere questo problema una volta per tutte. :D
PS: esegue test sulla scheda video (furmark) la temperature max è di 70°, i driver li ho provati sia aggiornati che vecchi ma il problema persiste.
PPS: il sistema operativo non ha update pensando fossero quelli il problema per ora non li ho installati ma non ha avuto successo... il problema persiste.
